By browsing this site, creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

Eligibility & age

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or buy from us, and old enough to buy the products in question under the law that applies where you live. We ask you to confirm your age before browsing and we collect a date of birth at registration.

We may require proof of age at the point of delivery. If age cannot be verified, we may cancel the order and refund it. Providing false information about your age is a breach of these terms and we may close your account.

Your account

You can browse and check out as a guest, or create an account for faster checkout, order history and saved products.

• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has access to it.
• Give accurate details and keep them current — we rely on them to deliver your orders.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or was created with false information.

Products & compliance

We sell hemp-derived products and smoking accessories. Where a product is described as hemp-derived, it is intended to contain no more than the federally permitted THC concentration on a dry-weight basis. Certificates of analysis are made available for the products that carry them.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before using any product, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Some products may cause you to fail a drug test.

Laws differ from state to state and sometimes town to town. You are responsible for knowing whether a product is legal where you are. We may refuse or cancel an order, or decline to ship particular products to particular destinations, in order to stay compliant.

Pricing & availability

• Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude tax and shipping unless stated.
• Approved wholesale accounts see wholesale pricing once signed in. Pricing tiers are applied on our servers, not in your browser.
• We may change prices, promotions and product availability at any time before your order is accepted.
• Occasionally a product may be listed with an incorrect price or description. Where that happens we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full, even after you have received a confirmation.

Orders & payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract forms when we accept the order and dispatch it. We may decline an order — for example where stock has run out, where we cannot verify your details or age, or where shipping to your address would breach applicable law.

Payment is taken through our payment providers. We do not store your card details. Coupon codes are subject to their own conditions and may be withdrawn at any time. You are responsible for any sales or excise tax applied at checkout.

Shipping & delivery

• Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays are outside our control.
• An adult signature may be required on delivery.
• Risk passes to you on delivery. If an order arrives damaged, contact us within a reasonable period so we can put it right.
• We ship only to destinations we can lawfully ship to. Restricted destinations are declined at checkout or refunded afterwards.

Returns & refunds

Our returns process is set out in our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within the stated window. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened consumables or items that come into contact with the mouth or skin, unless they are faulty or were sent in error.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Wholesale accounts

Wholesale access is granted at our discretion and only after we have reviewed your application. We may ask for a valid business licence, tax ID or resale certificate, and we may withdraw wholesale status if that documentation lapses or if the account is misused.

• Wholesale pricing is confidential and for your business only.
• Minimum order quantities and payment terms may apply and will be made clear.
• You are responsible for holding the licences you need to resell these products, and for complying with the age-verification and labelling rules in your market.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• buy from us on behalf of anyone under the minimum age;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to resell where you are not permitted to;
• interfere with the site — scraping at scale, probing for vulnerabilities, bypassing rate limits or the age gate, or introducing malicious code;
• impersonate anyone, or submit false account or payment information.

Reviews & submissions

If you post a review or send us content, you confirm it is your own, accurate and lawful, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it in connection with the store. We may edit or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or that makes health claims we cannot substantiate.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, graphics, logos and product photography are owned by Smoke Shop Vault or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may use the site for your own shopping and, if you are a wholesale customer, use product assets we supply to resell our products. Everything else — copying, republishing, or using our branding — needs our written permission.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that product descriptions, imagery or third-party lab results are complete and current at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Smoke Shop Vault will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or any product bought through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that the claim relates to.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Smoke Shop Vault agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in South Carolina for any dispute that is not resolved informally.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Failing to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the store or the law changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and the terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
