Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Hemp laws differ from state to state, so some products cannot be shipped to some states. Checkout checks every item against your shipping address and tells you before you pay if one of them cannot go there.

Shipping costs

The shipping options for your order, and what each one costs, are shown at checkout before you pay. When a free-shipping offer is running, checkout applies it for you.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive 4 to 6 days after they are placed. Each product page shows the estimated delivery dates for an order placed today.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and carrier delays are outside our control.

Tracking your order

You can check where your order is at any time on Track Your Order with your order number and billing email. If you have an account, your orders are also listed in My account.

Age check on delivery

Our products are for adults 21 and over. The carrier may ask for an adult signature or proof of age on delivery. If nobody can show it, the parcel can be returned to us.

Your address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange delivery again.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

• Late: if your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier.
• Damaged or wrong item: tell us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
